Order Fulfillment:

We process orders within 72 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

In rare cases, if shipping might take longer than 72 hours due to stock availability, order verification, or custom products, we will notify you via email.

Shipping times within the U.S. are typically 3-7 business days (USPS First Class Package). Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors.

Returns:

We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we offer free returns within 14 days of delivery for purchases made directly through our website.

Please note:

We accept returns of opened but unused beauty products, provided they are in their original condition and packaging, with no signs of use, damage, or tampering. Due to hygiene reasons, any product that shows signs of use cannot be returned.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
Our return policy applies only to purchases made directly through our website. Products purchased from third-party retailers must be returned according to their respective return policies.

Ensure that you return only the items listed on your return label. Additional items may not be processed correctly. Please allow up to 5 business days after the item is delivered to our warehouse for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after processing.

Product Authenticity and Expiry:

We guarantee the authenticity of all our products, sourcing directly from authorized distributors or manufacturers. We also ensure that all products you receive have sufficient shelf life remaining.

If you receive a product that is near or past its expiration date, please contact us immediately, and we will offer you either a replacement or a full refund.

Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability:

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or any events beyond our control. Our liability for any product is limited to the purchase price of the product.
