ORDER FULFILLMENT:
We process orders within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

In rare cases, processing may take longer due to stock availability, order verification, or other circumstances. If this happens, we will notify you by email.

SHIPPING:
Shipping times within the U.S. are typically 3–7 business days after the order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

30-DAY FREE RETURNS:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to make a return, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for purchases made directly through our website.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging, with no signs of use, damage, or tampering.

Please note: due to hygiene and safety reasons, beauty products that show signs of use cannot be returned. Items that are used, damaged, altered, or tampered with after delivery are not eligible for a refund. Our return policy applies only to purchases made directly through our website. Products purchased from third-party retailers must be returned according to the return policy of the original retailer. Free returns apply only to orders shipped within the United States. Our return policy complies with applicable state and federal laws.

Once the returned item is delivered to our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the return has been processed.

PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY AND EXPIRATION:
We guarantee the authenticity of the products we sell and source our products from trusted suppliers, distributors, or manufacturers.

We also make reasonable efforts to ensure that products are shipped with sufficient shelf life remaining.

If you receive a product that is near or past its expiration date, please contact us immediately. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, holidays, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or events beyond our control.

Our liability for any product is limited to the purchase price of that product.
